Italclem policy is strongly focused on quality, evidenced in fully reliable products and quick and flexible service granted to the Customer.
In order to achieve and maintain this target, we work according to a Quality Management System which follows and further develops the concepts of ISO 9000, with great emphasis on accurate incoming controls, tests on 100% of production and products’ traceability. Italclem has been ISO 9000 certified for many years and the Certificate has been recently updated according to ISO 9000:2015 version.
As a proof of quality of our projects, Italclem products are also certified by external Certification Bodies, such as IMQ, which carry out type tests and set periodical random products’ pick-ups from the market.
